The Mother I Am Behind Closed Doors
I think people think I’m a terrible mother.
And I think people think I’m a wonderful mother.
Usually, it’s the kids who think I’m good at it—and the other moms who judge from the sidelines, assuming I’m too soft, too forgiving, too whatever doesn’t match their version of “good parenting.”
But they don’t see what actually happens in my home.

But instead of letting negativity take over, I chose to rebuild my life with intention. In this blog post, I share the daily routine that has helped me regain my sense of purpose, boost my mental wellness, and embrace each day with renewed energy. From morning journaling to evening meditation, every part of my day is now designed to nourish my mind, body, and spirit.
